Aisling Bea
Aisling B a is born on 16 March, 1984. She was born in Kildare Ireland. Bea has appeared on QI together with Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, better than her stage name Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea's acting career started in the year 2011 as a comedian after she appeared in small part in Irish and British TV series starting in 2009. In 2012 Bea began appearing in sitcoms and sketch comedy. When she was awarded an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011 She began appearing on numerous panel show where she is becoming a mainstay. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016-2017 and is an ongoing contestant on its spinoff, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents are Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her sister, was also born. She was only the second ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea was awarded the award to commemorate her father's passing. Aisling Cliodhnadh, born the 16th of March, 1984 in Kildare Town in County Kildare. Her father Brian was a veterinarian for horses who died when Bea was just three years old. She did not know how he died until she reached the age of thirteen. Bea was her stage name. Bea was a tribute for her father. She wrote an opinion piece in The Guardian, published in 2017 on her journey with suicide. Bea and her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) a secondary school teacher and jockey trainer, as well as a an ex-professional jockey. They were obsessed with racing and horses. Bea spent her childhood as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud. From the age of a child, Bea knew that she was not interested in a racing career. She was more interested in the performing arts.
