Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director who is most well-known as the main character of Birdman. Michael Keaton, an actor who has a wide range of skills. Alongside romantic roles, he also played in action films as well as thrillers. As a teenager the actor began developing an interest in both acting and performing. In the later years, when he was an aspiring youngster, he tried stand-up humor. The show was not an enviable stand-up career, however it did pave the way to pursue an acting career. Not able to achieve success as a comic, he took up a job as cameraman for a TV cable channel. As a television station realized the desire to work front of a camera. The TV role was agreed to and he appeared in several episodes Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a natural actor and became popular quickly on television. In pursuit of his dreams, he began a career in film and became famous in comedy parts. The career of his character was further boosted by the acclaim he received in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, he grew in his acting skills and started to pursue direction and production. The 2013 Birdman film garnered him numerous nominations and awards.
